We appreciate your help in improving our platform! If you find a bug, follow the steps below to report it effectively.

 
1. Record the Issue

  • Note the exact steps to reproduce the problem.

  • Include details about your device, browser, and operating system.

 
2. Capture Screenshots or Videos

  • Take screenshots or screen recordings showing the bug.

  • Include any error messages or warnings.

 
3. Provide Browser & Extension Info

  • Mention your browser version.

  • Include details about any browser extensions that may affect the issue.

 
4. Explain Expected vs. Actual Behaviour

  • Describe what you expected to happen.

  • Explain what actually happened, including errors or unexpected results.

 
5. Include URL and Page Details

  • Provide the page URL where the issue occurred.

  • Specify the section or feature affected.

 
6. Write a Clear Bug Report

Use this structure for your report:

Bug Report - [Short Description]

Browser: [Browser name & version]
Operating System: [OS]
Steps to Reproduce: [Step-by-step instructions]
Expected Behavior: [What should happen]
Actual Behavior: [What happened]

7. Submit Your Report

8. Evaluation & Resolution

  • Our product team will review your report for validity.

  • Bugs are categorized by severity, and valid issues will be resolved.

  • You will be updated on the next steps once your report is accepted.

 
9. Rules & Guidelines

  • Respect other users’ privacy. Only test on your own account unless authorized.

  • Do not spam with repeated submissions.

  • Report severe vulnerabilities immediately; do not exploit them.

  • Keep bug reports confidential. Sharing them publicly disqualifies you.

  • One valid bug = one report considered for resolution.

  • Infinity Housing can change reporting rules at any time without notice.
