  • Look for the ‘Tools’ or ‘Valuation’ section/link (or search for “PropWorth” in the site’s navigation).

  • You’ll land on a dedicated page with the URL pattern /propworth/<city-or-locality> .

You can easily access our property valuation feature right from the main menu.

  • Step 1: Go to the Infinity Housing homepage.

    2. Open the Filters section.

    3. Under Property Status or Verification, select “Verified Properties Only.”

How can I Report Incorrect Details

  • Open the property page.

  • Find the Contact Agent or Report Listing form.

  • Write a short message explaining which details are incorrect (e.g., wrong price, location, or photos).

  • Submit the form — it will go directly to the listing agent or the site administrator.

    1. Open the property page that’s no longer available.

    2. Find the Contact Agent form.

    3. Write a short message, such as:

      “This property seems to be no longer available. Please verify and update the listing.”

    4. Submit the form — the message will go directly to the listing agent or site administrator.

  • Checking the Property Page – View the map and location section to see nearby amenities.

  • Clicking the Locality Link – The City or Area name on the page often links to a dedicated locality page with more details and listings.

  • Using the Search Bar – Filter by area to explore all properties in that locality.

  • Contacting the Agent – Use the “Contact Agent” form to request more information about the neighborhood.

  • Go to the search panel on the homepage (or open the “Advanced Search”).

  • Select the City (and optionally Area/Locality) field to pick the city you’re interested in. 

  • Set the Minimum Price and Maximum Price fields to your budget. 

  • Run the search — you’ll get a list or map of properties within your budget in that city.

  • To focus on specific localities: use the Area/Neighbourhood filter (if available) to narrow down to particular parts of the city.

  • If the theme supports it, use Map View / Radius Search to visualise which localities in the city fit your budget. 

  • Use the site’s search filters to pull listings in different areas you’re interested in (e.g., “Area A”, “Area B”).

  • For each area, check a few representative listings to note key details: price per square foot/meter, amenities, transport links, condition, etc.

  • Use the built‑in Compare tool (if enabled) to compare property attributes side‑by‑side. Infinity Housing supports comparing listings in a table format. 

  • On each area’s listings page (or via map view), observe how many listings are available, how many are new, and how many fit your budget — this gives you a feel for supply & demand.

  • Contact the agent via the “Contact Agent” or “Request Information” form and ask about the neighbourhood: upcoming infrastructure, resale trends, average days on market.

  • Search Listings – Use filters to see homes for sale and rent in your preferred areas.

  • Compare Costs – Note sale price, mortgage, taxes vs. monthly rent and included services.

  • Check Locality – Use Houzez maps and area pages to evaluate amenities, growth, and resale potential.

  • Assess Your Timeline – Buying makes sense if staying 5+ years; renting is better for flexibility.

  • Ask the Agent – Use the “Contact Agent” form to get guidance on owning vs renting in that area.
