Here’s what they can do for you:

  • Answer your queries instantly about listings, pricing, and availability.

  • Schedule site visits with property owners or agents.

  • Guide you through the buying, selling, or renting process step by step.

No worries! As a Prime Member:

  • You’ll get priority alerts for new and reserved listings.

  • Our On-Call Assistant can help refine your search or suggest alternatives.

  • Your membership benefits remain active until expiry, so you keep access to direct contacts, special offers, and exclusive properties.

  • Log in and go to your User Dashboard (often found via the “My Account” menu).

  • In the dashboard navigation, look for a section labelled “Activities”, “My Activity”, or “Activity Log”. In this section you’ll typically find:

    • Properties you’ve contacted or made inquiries on

    • Your saved/favoured properties

    • Visit requests or tour bookings

    • Any other logged actions (e.g., messages sent, offers made)

  • To filter or manage your activity, you may use built‑in controls (such as date filters or action types) depending on how the site is configured.

Packages Activation

  • Please check your email (including spam/junk folders) for the activation link or confirmation message.

  • Make sure you completed the payment and you used the correct email address at purchase time.

  • In your Dashboard → My Account → Membership / Packages, check whether the pack is listed as “Pending”, “Processing”, or “Active”.

  • If the pack still shows as inactive after a reasonable time, contact our support team from the Dashboard’s “Help” or “Contact Us” page, citing your order ID, purchase date, and email used.

  • We’ll manually verify your purchase and activate your membership as soon as we confirm everything.

If you’ve been charged multiple times for the same Prime Package, here’s what to do:

  1. Log in to your account on our site and go to your “Dashboard → Membership / Packages” section.

  2. Note down the order/transaction IDs, dates, and amounts of the duplicate payments.

  3. Navigate to the Help / Support section (usually found under Dashboard or the footer menu). Submit a ticket with:

    • Your full name

    • Registered email address

    • Details of the duplicate payments (IDs, dates, amounts)

    • A request for refund of the extra charge

  4. Our team will review your case and verify payment records. Once approved, we’ll initiate a refund of the overpaid amount.

  • Go to your Dashboard → My Account → Membership / Packages and check which package you selected.

  • Contact our support team via the Help section in your Dashboard (include your registered email, order number, and the package you purchased by mistake).

  • Our team will verify your purchase and help switch you to the correct package if eligible.

  • Note: Package changes or upgrades may be subject to our policy on refunds/credits, so we’ll let you know if any additional steps or charges apply.

  • Check your Dashboard → My Account → Membership / Packages to see if the status shows “Pending”, “Awaiting Activation” or similar.

  • Make sure you’ve completed the payment and used the correct email address when purchasing.

  • Check your email (including spam/junk folders) for an activation confirmation message—our system automatically sends one when the membership is activated. 

  • If the package still shows inactive after a reasonable time (e.g., 24–48 hours), please contact our support team. Send us:

    • Your registered email

    • Order or transaction ID

    • Date/time of purchase

    • Package name you bought

  • Once verified, we’ll manually activate your package so you can start using your member benefits immediately.

Packages Services

Try these steps first:

  1. Check your Spam/Junk folder in your email.

  2. Check your SMS inbox. If nothing shows up, contact your telecom provider.

  3. Use the app or dashboard: On your Prime Dashboard, go to Contacted Properties to view owner details.

  4. Track all your activity: Navigate to Prime Dashboard → My Activity → All Requests to see a complete list of your interactions.

  • Don’t pay upfront: Legit property viewings typically do not require payment before you’ve seen the property or verified everything.

  • Verify the listing and owner/agent: Check the listing is on our official site, and the owner/agent is properly verified via our dashboard or listings.

  • Use secure payment flows: If payment is truly required, it should go through a secure, transparent checkout with invoice and receipt. 

  • Contact us directly before paying: Reach out via the contact form in your dashboard (My Account → Support) to confirm the exact reason for the fee, verify the property, and ensure it isn’t a scam.

  • Check the terms & conditions: Our membership and listing terms should clearly state whether any “site visit” fee is valid or not. If it’s not mentioned, be cautious.

  • Check similar listings: Use your Dashboard or search filters to find properties matching your preferences in the same area.

  • Saved Searches & Alerts: Set up alerts on your Dashboard so you’re notified immediately when new properties are listed.

  • Contact our On-Call Assistant: Get personalized recommendations or off-market options based on your criteria.

  • Review your activity: Go to Dashboard → My Activity → All Requests to see past inquiries and track updates.

  • Stay flexible: If possible, adjust your budget, location, or property type to increase your chances of finding a suitable alternative.

  • Set up saved searches & alerts in your Dashboard so you’ll be notified when new listings match your criteria.

  • Expand or adjust your criteria — consider broadening your location, budget, property type or amenities to increase chances of a match.

  • Use our “On‑Call Assistant” feature to get tailored recommendations or early access to coming‑soon/off‑market properties.

  • Save favourite properties and keep revisiting them in your Dashboard → My Activity → All Searches, so you’re ready to act when something appears.

  • Use the search filters: On your Dashboard or homepage, select location, budget, property type, and other preferences.

  • Save your searches: Click “Save Search” to quickly revisit results or get alerts for new listings.

  • Explore listings: Browse properties, check photos, amenities, and contact details.

  • Contact owners/agents: Use the “Contact” button on listings to schedule visits or ask questions.

  • Track your activity: Go to Dashboard → My Activity to see contacted properties, saved listings, and all requests.

  • Get help from On‑Call Assistant: For tailored recommendations or off-market properties, reach out directly via your dashboard.
