As a property owner, can I purchase an Agent or Builder package?
Yes — as a property owner you can purchase an Agent or Builder/Agency package in Infinity Housing, provided the site’s admin has enabled those roles. This will give you full agent‑level privileges to manage multiple listings, agent profile pages, and all the extra features of Infinity Housing.
Is it possible to apply a paid package to a property that has expired?
Yes — if your property listing has expired, you can use a paid package (membership or paid‑submission) in Infinity Housing to reactivate it.
Which cities are covered by your services?
Yes — your services (listings) can cover any city (not just big ones), as long as that city is added in Infinity Housing. There is no built‑in restriction on which cities are “supported.”
Can I pause my package if I’m traveling and unable to use the services?
Infinity Housing does not officially provide a “pause package” feature out‑of‑the‑box. Whether you can pause depends on how your site’s subscription/membership system is configured by the admin — you’ll need to check if pause/resume is supported or use alternatives (like cancelling/letting it expire)
Whom should I reach out to if I encounter any issues with my package?

Can I get a refund or cancel my subscription if the service doesn’t meet my expectations?
The Houzez team is dedicated to providing excellent services and strives to resolve all issues promptly. Please note that once a package is purchased, it cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

Billing Invoice Request

Contact support – Send an email to support@infinityhousing.in requesting your billing invoice.
Provide details – Include your account name, package purchased, date of payment, and transaction ID (if available) to help us generate the invoice quickly.
Receive your invoice – Our team will email the official invoice to your registered email address.
Status of Package Activation or Deactivation
✅ Steps to check your package status
Login to your account – Go to your Dashboard.
Go to the Packages/Subscriptions section – Here you will see all active, expired, or deactivated packages.
Check package status –
Active – Your package is currently active and all features are available.
Expired/Deactivated – Your package has ended or was deactivated due to payment issues or expiration.
🔄 What to do if your package is deactivated
Reactivate the package by completing pending payments or renewing the subscription.
Contact support at support@infinityhousing.in if you face issues or the package status doesn’t update.
The package was activated on the wrong account. I’d like it transferred to the correct account.

If your package was mistakenly activated on the wrong account, you can request a transfer to your correct account.
Send an email to support@infnityhousing.in with the following details:
Incorrect account email/username where the package was activated
Correct account email/username
Payment or transaction details (if available)

The support team will verify the request and transfer the package to your correct account.
Once completed, all package features will be available on your correct account.
Can you explain why my package is in process?
✅ What this means
When a package is marked “In Process”, it means the system has received your payment but it is still being verified or activated.
This can happen due to:
Payment verification delays (especially for offline/manual payments)
Bank or gateway processing time for online payments
Admin approval required for certain package types
🔄 What you should do
Wait for a short period (usually 24–48 hours for most payment methods).
If the status does not update after this time, contact support at support@infinityhousing.in with your transaction details.
Activation unsuccessful due to transaction failure
If the payment amount has been deducted from your account, please report it to us at support@infinityhousing.in.
If the amount was not deducted, you can try purchasing the package again to complete the transaction.
What is the reason my package hasn’t been activated?

How can I check the status or authenticity of my package?
To ensure your package is genuine:
Check the payment confirmation email sent after your purchase.
Verify the package status in your dashboard – active packages are valid and authentic.
If you’re unsure, you can contact the site administrator via Dashboard → Contact Admin and provide your package or transaction ID.
I’d like to know how many services are included in my package. Where can I check their status?
To see the services included in your package:
Log in to your Infinity Housing account.
Go to Dashboard → My Packages.
Click on the package name to view details.
You will see a list of all services, such as the number of property listings, featured listings, priority support, or any additional perks included in your package.
How do I get my property verified on Infinity Housing?
To get your property verified:
Log in to your Infinity Housing account.
Go to Dashboard → My Properties.
Select the property you want to verify.
Click Submit for Verification (or Verify Property, depending on your site setup).
When will my property listing be active?
After submitting your property, listings are usually reviewed by the site administrator. Typically, it takes 1–3 business days for approval, but this can vary depending on the website’s verification process.
Package details are not showing when I refresh the property.

To get your property verified:
Log in to your Infinity Housing account.

How can I see a list of the packages and services I’ve purchased?
To view your purchased packages:
Log in to your account.
Go to Dashboard → My Packages.
You’ll see a list of all packages you’ve purchased, including the package name, status, and expiration date.
I received the wrong package. How can I get it replaced?
If you’ve received an incorrect package or a package that doesn’t include the expected benefits, please inform us, and we’ll assist you in getting the right package that meets your needs. You can contact our support team at support@infinityhousing.in.
