Moneyback Package – Refund Terms & Conditions

Service Charges (Non-Refundable):

• For Resale Listings: A service fee of ₹7,999 will be deducted.

• For Rental Listings: A service fee of ₹3,999 will be deducted.
  Note: GST paid on service charges is non-refundable.

Eligibility for Refund:

• Refund requests are only valid if the property remains unsold (for resale) or unrented (for rental) after the package validity has expired.

• The entire package must be fully utilized before a refund request can be considered.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 4 days of the package expiry date.

• No refund will be issued if 50 or more buyer/tenant contacts have been shared during the package period.

Payment & Subscription Terms 

1. By paying the fee, the Company will provide access to qualified leads and other agreed deliverables for your listings.

2. Your listed units will appear on the Platform and be visible to users based on their applied filters. The Company does not control these filters, so some units may not appear as Preferential Slots.

3. The Company may request and display details for each unit, including:

   • Carpet and built-up area (sq. ft.)

   • Price per sq. ft.

   • Exact location and postal address

   • Any other necessary information for listing

4. The Company will strive to display your units in Preferential Slots but does not guarantee:

   • A minimum number of leads

   • Specific order or placement of units in listings

5. The Company uses software to track units hosted and their visibility; its data and search results are final and binding. You waive the right to dispute this data.

6. You confirm compliance with all applicable laws and hold necessary rights to upload your listings and content, ensuring no legal violations.

7. You agree to indemnify the Company and its personnel against any losses or damages resulting from breaches of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property rights related to content created by the Company remain with the Company.

9. The Company reserves the right to remove or cancel any content from its platform at its sole discretion.
