Free Property Listing
What Is a Free Listing?
Free Listing: You can add a property to the site without paying. Payment is only needed if you want extra features like a “Featured Listing”. Free listings may have an expiry date, but otherwise, you can submit and list your property at no cost.
How many listings can I post for free on Infinity Housing?
Free Listing Policy :
Each user account is allowed 1 free listing.
To post additional properties beyond the free listing, you must subscribe to a paid package.
Once you delete or deactivate your free listing, you cannot create another free listing.
Paid packages are required for multiple listings or additional features like Featured Listings.
How many responses can a free listing receive?
Viewing Responses on Free Listings:
For a free listing in any of the Top 8 cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad & Delhi NCR), you can view up to 5 responses.
For a free listing in other cities, you can view up to 10 responses.
If you have a paid package, you can view unlimited responses on all your listings.
My free listing on Infinity Housing has ended. What are the next steps?
Free Listing Expiry & Paid Packages:
Once your Infinity Housing free listing expires, your property will no longer be visible on the platform.
To reactivate it, you will need to purchase one of our paid packages. Infinity Housing offers multiple packages with different features, so you can choose the one that fits your needs.

- Professional property photography
- Featured promotions on the website and via email campaigns

How can I upgrade my free listing to a paid listing?
Converting a Free Listing to a Paid Listing :
You can easily upgrade your free listing to a paid listing by purchasing any of our paid packages. Once your paid package is active, follow these steps to refresh your property:
- Login to your account and go to My Dashboard → Manage Properties.
- Select the property you want to refresh.
- Click the Refresh button.
- Choose the paid package you want to apply and click Continue to Refresh.
- Your property will now be upgraded to a paid listing and refreshed according to the selected package.
This ensures your property gets full visibility and access to premium features included in the paid package.
Posting Property
How do I list a property on Infinity Housing?
We recommend you Register / Login before posting your property so that you can receive inquiries and responses directly. Once logged in, follow these steps to post a property:
- Click on the “Submit Property” option, usually located in the top menu.
- Fill in all relevant property details.
- To improve visibility and engagement, focus on maximizing the Property Completion Score by providing:
- Accurate location (city, neighborhood, landmarks)
- Detailed property features (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, amenities)
- Precise price details
- Property photos and videos to attract more potential buyers/renters
- Note that the Completion Score is visible only when you are logged in.
- Click “Publish Property” (or “Submit”) to make your listing live.
How long before my property appears on the site?
After submitting your property, it usually takes up to 24 hours for the listing to be reviewed and approved. Once approved, your property will become visible in search results for potential buyers or renters.
How many free listings can I post on Infinity Housing?

Yes, in the Infinity Housing, registration is required to post a property.
You need to create an account or log in so that you can manage your listings, receive inquiries from potential buyers or tenants, and track responses.
Once logged in, you can submit your property through the “Submit Property” option in the top menu.
Which documents are required to post a property?
In the Infinity Housing, the documents required to post a property depend on the type of listing and local regulations, but generally you should have the following ready:
Proof of Ownership / Title Deed – To confirm that you are the legal owner of the property.
Identity Proof – Government-issued ID like Aadhar, Passport, or Driver’s License.
Property Tax / Utility Bills – Recent bills to validate the property address.
No Objection Certificate (NOC) – If applicable, for apartments, gated communities, or certain plots.
Encumbrance Certificate – Optional, but helpful for serious buyers.
These documents may need to be uploaded or kept handy for verification, depending on your Infinity Housing admin settings.
What should I do if the property type I want isn’t listed on the site?
If you don’t see your Property Type in the dropdown while submitting your listing, please contact us at support@infinityhousing.in and we will assist you in adding the correct option.
How do I get recommendations for my property price?
To get price recommendations for your property in Infinity Housing:
1. While submitting your property, you can use the Price Suggestion to get an estimated price based on similar properties in your area.
2. Ensure your property details—like location, size, type, and amenities—are filled accurately, as this helps generate a more precise recommendation.
3. You can also check recently sold or listed properties in your neighbourhood through Infinity Housing to benchmark your price.
This ensures your property is competitively priced to attract more inquiries.
What should I do if I encounter an error while posting a property?
If you encounter an error while posting a property in Infinity Housing, you can follow these steps:
- Check your details – Ensure all required fields are filled correctly and that the information is accurate.
- Refresh and retry – Sometimes a simple page refresh or logging out and back in can resolve temporary issues.
- Clear browser cache – Old cache or cookies may cause submission errors.
- Check file uploads – Make sure images, videos, or documents meet the allowed formats and size limits.
- Contact support – If the issue persists, reach out to support@infinityhousing.in with a screenshot and description of the error so our team can assist you quickly.
Reason for my property being considered a ‘Doubtful Listing’ due to price?
If your property is marked as a “Doubtful Listing” due to price, it usually means that the price you have entered is significantly higher or lower than the typical market value for similar properties in the same area.
Possible reasons include:
- The price is well above or below comparable listings in your neighborhood.
- The property details (size, type, amenities) may not match the price you entered.
- Automated systems may flag listings with suspicious pricing patterns to maintain listing quality.
What you can do:
- Double-check your property details and ensure they are accurate.
- Compare your property with recently listed or sold properties in your area to adjust the price reasonably.
- If you believe your price is correct, you can contact support@infinityhousing.in for review.
What should I do if my property description hasn’t been updated?
If your property description hasn’t been updated yet, please report the issue to our support team at support@infinityhousing.in.
We’ll ensure your property description is updated promptly. Our goal is to help you sell or rent your property faster and more effectively.
No response received for property valuation—what should I do?
If you have not received a call for your property valuation, please reach out to us at support@infinityhousing.in.
We will ensure your property valuation is conducted promptly and accurately to help you list or sell your property with confidence.
My property valuation appears incorrect—how can it be fixed?
If you are not satisfied with your property valuation or believe it may be incorrect, please contact us at support@infinityhousing.in.
Our experts will review your property’s valuation and assist you with any necessary adjustments to ensure it reflects the true market value.
Why can’t I view the contact details of my leads?
If you have a Free Property listing and haven’t purchased any package, you can view the contact details of up to 5 inquiries. After reaching this limit, you will no longer be able to see additional contact details until you upgrade to a paid package.
With a paid package, you can access unlimited contact details for all inquiries on your property. To learn more about our paid packages, click here.

Updating Property Price/Rent in Infinity Housing
If your property is verified (marked with a verification badge), please contact support (support@infinityhousing.in) to request any changes in price or rent.
If your property does not have a verified badge, you can update it yourself by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing account.
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard. You will see a list of your properties.
Step 3: Locate the property you want to edit and click on the Edit Listing button.
Step 4: In the property editor, update the Price / Rent Amount field.
Step 5: Click Update or Submit to save your changes.
Property description
Updating Property Description in Infinity Housing
If your property is verified (has a verification badge), please contact support (support@infinityhousing.in) to request any changes to the property description.
If your property does not have a verified badge, you can update it yourself by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing account.
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard, where you will see a list of your properties.
Step 3: Locate the property you want to edit and click on the Edit Listing button.
Step 4: Scroll down to the About / Description section. Update the property description as needed.
Step 5: Click Update Listing to save your changes.

Please note: You cannot change the locality/city of a property once it is listed. However, you can update the full address of your property by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing account.
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard, where all your properties are listed.
Step 3: Find the property you want to update and click the Edit Listing button.
Step 4: Scroll to the Address / Location section. Update the property address as needed.
Step 5: Click Update Listing to save your changes.
Renter requirements
Updating Renter Preference in Infinity Housing
If your property is verified (has a verification badge), please contact support (support@infinityhousing.in) to request changes to your tenant preference.
If your property does not have a verified badge, you can update it yourself by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing account.
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard, where all your properties are listed.
Step 3: Locate the property you want to edit and click Edit Listing.
Step 4: Scroll to the Tenant Preference / Renters section. Update the tenant preference as needed.
Step 5: Click Update Listing to save your changes.
Features & facilities
Updating Property Features & Facilities in Infinity Housing
If your property is verified (has a verification badge), you cannot make changes to the features & facilities. For any updates, please contact support.
If your property does not have a verified badge, you can update the features & facilities yourself by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing account.
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard, where all your properties are listed.
Step 3: Find the property you want to edit and click Edit Listing.
Step 4: Scroll to the Features & Facilities section. Update the details as needed.
Step 5: Click Update Listing to save your changes.
Update BHK details
You can request an update to your BHK details within 48 hours of posting your property. To do so, please contact us at support@infinityhousing.in.
Listing type
You can request a change to your property’s Transaction Type within 48 hours of posting the listing. To update it, please reach out to support@infinityhousing.in.
Type of property
If you have selected the wrong Property Type, you can request a change within 48 hours of posting your listing. To make the request, please contact support@infinityhousing.in.
Modify property status (For Rent/For Sale)
Once your property has been listed as “For Sale” or “For Rent”, the listing type cannot be changed from the dashboard.

Edit or Delete Project Name
If you want to update or remove the project name for your property listing, please contact support@infinityhousing.in for assistance.
Upload / Edit Photos
Image Upload Error
If you’re unable to upload property images, please confirm:
Image format is .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, or .bmp
Image size is under 4 MB
Image dimensions are at least 600 × 400 px
Why were the images not uploaded after verification?
If your property images are not uploaded after verification, please wait for up to 24 hours.

Why is the image upload taking so long?
If uploading your property images is taking too long, please ensure the following:
- Image format is .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, or .bmp
- Image size is under 4 MB
- Image dimensions are at least 600 × 400 px
What is the correct size and dimension for property images?
Your property images should be no larger than 4 MB, and the minimum dimensions must be 600 × 400 pixels for proper display.
Request to upload property photos
Update the old property images
If your property has already been verified and you want to update the photos, please email the new images to support@infinityhousing.in. Our team will replace the existing photos for you.
If your property is not yet verified, you can update the photos directly from your Infinity Housing dashboard.

How to Add or Replace Photos in Your Property Listing
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing account and open your User Dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to My Properties and choose the listing you want to update. Click on Edit Property.
Step 3: Go to the Property Media section and click on Add / Edit Photos.
Step 4: Select the specific category you want to update (e.g., Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen, Living Room). Remove the existing image, upload the new one, and click Save Changes.
Note: All photos are subject to review. Once approved, they will appear on your listing within 24 hours.
Approved property photos are not showing on the site.
If your property photos have already been approved but are still not appearing on your listing, please contact us at support@infinityhousing.in. Our support team will review the issue and assist you in getting it resolved promptly.
Blurred or incomplete images are appearing on the screen.
If the property images on your listing appear blurred or incomplete, please reach out to us at support@infinityhousing.in. Our customer support team will review the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.
How do I upload photos to my property listing?
Uploading photos to your property listing is simple with the Infinity Housing dashboard. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing User Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to My Properties and select the listing you want to update. Click on Edit Property.
Step 3: Navigate to the Property Media section.
Step 4: Click on Upload Photos and choose images from your device. You can also drag and drop files directly into the upload area.
Step 5: Arrange the photos in your preferred order by dragging them.
Step 6: Once done, click Save Changes to update your listing.
Note: Images may undergo moderation and will appear on your listing once approved.
How can I add or edit my property video?
You can easily add or update your property video directly from the Infinity Housing dashboard. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing User Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to My Properties and open the listing you want to update by clicking Edit Property.
Step 3: Navigate to the Property Video section.
Step 4:
To add a new video, enter the YouTube or Vimeo video URL in the provided field.
To edit or replace an existing video, remove the current URL and paste the new one.
Step 5: Click Save Changes to update the listing.
Update the default photo for my property.
To change the main/default photo for your listing, follow these steps:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing User Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to My Properties and select the listing you want to update. Click Edit Property.
Step 3: Navigate to the Property Media section.
Step 4: Identify the photo you want to set as the default/main image and click Set as Featured (or similar option).
Step 5: Click Save Changes to update your listing.
Note: The default photo will be the first image displayed on your listing and in search results. Make sure it clearly represents your property for the best visibility.
Delete the image from the property listing
You can remove unwanted images from your listing easily through your Houzez dashboard:
Step 1: Log in to your Infinity Housing User Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to My Properties and select the listing you want to edit. Click Edit Property.
Step 3: Navigate to the Property Media section.
Step 4: Find the image you want to delete and click the Delete icon/button.
Step 5: Confirm the deletion and click Save Changes to update your listing.
Note: Deleted images will no longer appear on your listing, so ensure you remove only the photos you don’t want to display.
The property video is being rejected.
If your property video is not being accepted, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
Invalid URL: Only YouTube or Vimeo links are accepted, and the video must be publicly accessible.
Restricted Content: Videos containing copyrighted music, watermarks, or inappropriate content may be rejected.
Video Format & Size: Ensure your video is in a supported format (MP4, MOV, AVI) and does not exceed 100 MB in size.
Video Length: Very long videos may be rejected; keep it concise, ideally under 5–10 minutes.
Broken Link: Make sure the video URL is correct and the video has not been removed or set to private.
Unable to upload property photos.
If you are having trouble uploading photos to your property listing, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. File Format: Ensure your images are in a supported format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG.
2. File Size: Large files may fail to upload. Keep each image under 10 MB.
3. Internet Connection: A slow or unstable connection can prevent uploads.
4. Browser Issues: Clear your cache or try using a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended).
5. Number of Photos: Check if your listing has reached the maximum allowed photos.
Property Status
Is it possible to convert my free listing to a paid listing after I purchase a paid plan?
In Infinity Housing, listings created while your account or the website is set to Free Submissions will remain free. After you purchase a paid plan or the admin switches the site to paid submissions, those older free listings do not become paid automatically.
To make that listing count as a paid listing, you have these options:
Re-submit the listing using your newly purchased paid plan.
Edit the listing and publish it again under your paid package (if the admin enables this).
The site admin can manually assign a paid package to your account so you can upgrade the listing properly.
What does Refresh Property mean?
“Refresh Property” is a feature in the Infinity Housing that allows you to renew or update the listing’s date, making the property appear as newly updated on the website.
When you click Refresh Property, Infinity Housing will:
Update the listing’s publish/updated date
Push the property back to the top of property listings (depending on your sort settings)
Make the listing appear more recent to visitors
Help improve visibility without creating a new listing
This feature is commonly used by agents and users who want to keep their listings active, visible, and up-to-date without re-posting the same property.
What are the benefits of updating or refreshing a property listing?
Refreshing a property listing in Infinity Housing updates its date and pushes it back to the top of the listings. This helps increase visibility, makes the listing look newly updated, attracts more buyers, and keeps the property active without needing to recreate it.
How can I renew or refresh my property listing?
To renew or refresh a listing in Infinity Housing:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Properties (or your dashboard).
Find the property you want to refresh.
Click the “Refresh” or “Renew” button.
How can I verify whether my property is active or inactive?
To check if a property is active or inactive in Infinity Housing:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Properties (or your dashboard).
Look at the status label next to each listing:
Active / Published – The property is visible on the website.
Inactive / Draft / Expired – The property is not currently visible to users.
Why is the review process for my property taking longer than expected?
In Infinity Housing, property moderation may take longer if you make changes to your listing multiple times within 24 hours. Each update triggers a new review, which can delay approval.
Tips to avoid delays:
Avoid making changes to a property while it is under review.
If the review is still taking longer than expected, contact your site admin or support for assistance.
How much time does it usually take to moderate a property?
The moderation time for a property in Infinity Housing depends on the site’s settings and admin workflow. Typically:
Manual Approval Sites: 24–48 hours for the admin to review and approve a new or updated listing.
Automatic Approval Sites: Listings may appear instantly or within a few minutes.
What should I do if my property is marked as 'Rejected' due to a wrong price?,
If your property is rejected because of an incorrect price:
Edit the Listing: Go to My Properties in your dashboard and correct the price.
Resubmit for Review: After updating, submit the property again for admin approval.
Check Guidelines: Ensure the new price follows your site’s rules or market standards.

My property was rejected because the property type is incorrect. How can I fix it?
If your property is rejected due to an incorrect property type:
Edit the Listing: Go to My Properties in your dashboard.
Select the Correct Property Type: Update the property type to match the actual listing (e.g., Apartment, Villa, Office).
Resubmit for Review: Submit the updated listing for admin approval.

My listing was rejected because the description is not acceptable. How do I resolve this?
If your property listing is rejected due to an unacceptable description:
Edit the Listing: Go to My Properties in your dashboard.
Update the Description: Rewrite your property description to ensure it is clear, accurate, and follows the site’s content guidelines. Avoid inappropriate language or misleading information.
Resubmit for Review: Submit the updated listing for admin approval.

Deactivate / Reactivate Property
My property has been sold/rented. How can I deactivate the listing?
To deactivate a property listing that has been sold or rented:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Properties (your dashboard).
Find the property you want to deactivate.
Change the Status to Inactive, Sold, or Rented (depending on your site settings).
Save/Update the listing.
How do I deactivate my property if I decide not to sell or rent it?
To deactivate a property you no longer want to sell or rent:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Properties (dashboard).
Locate the property you want to deactivate.
Change the Status to Inactive or Draft.
Save/Update the listing.
What should I do with my property listing if I’m out of town and will sell or rent it later?
If you plan to sell or rent your property later while you’re away:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Properties (dashboard).
Change the Status of the property to Inactive or Draft.
Save/Update the listing.
This keeps your property hidden from public view until you’re ready to reactivate it.
What steps should I follow to re-activate my property?
To re-activate a property listing that was previously inactive:
Log in to your account.
Go to My Properties (dashboard).
Locate the property you want to re-activate.
Change the Status from Inactive/Draft to Active/Published.
Save/Update the listing.
Once updated, your property will become visible again on the website.
What should I do if I mistakenly removed my property listing through SMS/Email?
If you accidentally removed your property listing:
Do not panic. The listing may still exist in your My Properties dashboard.
Log in to your account and check for the removed property under Inactive or Draft listings.
Re-activate the property by changing its status to Active/Published and saving the changes.
