We do not limit who can view your property listings or submit inquiries. If you receive messages from property agents, it’s your choice whether to respond. Consider these agent inquiries as potential opportunities or leads.

We’d like to inform you that responses depend on users actively searching for properties and their interests. However, here are some suggestions and quick tips to maximize responses on your Infinity Housing listings:

  1. Fill in Locality Details Correctly
Ensure the property’s location is accurately filled in Infinity Housing. This helps buyers find your listing easily.

  2. Set the Right Price
Make sure your property is priced appropriately for the market to attract genuine leads.

  3. Complete Property Information
Enter all relevant details like property type, features, amenities, and nearby landmarks. Complete listings give buyers a clear idea and attract better leads.

  4. Highlight Unique Features
Showcase your property’s unique selling points—special amenities, location advantages, or any one-of-a-kind features.

  5. Add Photos and Videos
Properties with high-quality images and videos get more attention. Use Infinity Housing gallery and video options to make your listing stand out.

  6. Update Correct Locality and Details
Double-check the location, contact info, and property details to ensure buyers can reach you without issues.

  7. Engage Leads Promptly
Respond quickly to inquiries to keep buyers interested. Refresh or update your listings regularly in Infinity Housing to stay visible.

  8. Use Correct Contact Info
Include proper dialling codes and make sure your phone and email are current to avoid missed leads.

  9. Share Your Expertise
Participate in local area reviews or write tips for buyers. This boosts your credibility, draws attention to your listings, and can even earn perks in Infinity Housing if you maintain consistent contributions.

1. Double-Check Contact Details
  • Make sure the phone number includes the correct country code/STD code.

  • Confirm the number is entered correctly in your Houzez lead dashboard.

2. Try Alternative Contact Methods
  • Send an email via the Houzez inquiry form.

  • If available, use the Houzez internal messaging system for the lead.

3. Schedule Follow-Ups
  • Wait a few hours or a day and try calling again at different times.

  • Use Houzez lead notes to track attempts and avoid repeated calls.

4. Keep Your Profile Updated
  • Ensure your own contact info and availability are correct in Houzez so leads can reach you easily.

5. Engage via Other Channels
  • If the lead came from social media or a listing shared externally, try reaching out through that channel.

1. Confirm the Details
  • Check the lead’s inquiry and your property listing to make sure there wasn’t a misunderstanding.

  • Review the information you shared to ensure it was clear and accurate.

2. Keep the Interaction Professional
  • Respond politely, acknowledging their decision.

  • Example: “Thank you for your response. Please feel free to reach out if your preferences change.”

3. Update Your Lead Status
  • In Infinity Housing dashboard, mark the lead as uninterested.

  • This helps you manage your leads and focus on serious prospects.

4. Learn from Feedback
  • If the lead gives a reason, take note to improve future listings (pricing, features, photos, or description).

5. Maintain a Positive Relationship
  • Even uninterested leads can become potential leads later, so avoid burning bridges.

  • Consider sending occasional updates or new listings via email (if they opt-in).

Protection from Online Frauds

With the rise of online transactions, QR code frauds have become increasingly common. At Infinity Housing, we are committed to helping you stay safe while transacting online.

⚠️ How QR Code Frauds Happen
  1. Fraudsters posing as tenants: Scammers pretending to book your property may ask you to scan a QR code to transfer the booking amount. Scanning the code can lead to money being debited from your account. Remember: QR codes should only be used to make payments, not to receive them.

  2. Fraudsters posing as property owners: Scammers posing as owners may send a QR code to tenants for token or advance payments. Scanning such a QR code can result in much higher amounts being deducted from the tenant’s bank account.

✅ How to Stay Safe
  • Never use QR codes to receive money.

  • Do not enter your UPI PIN to receive payments.

  • Avoid clicking on suspicious emails asking for personal or banking details.

  • Make payments only after verifying the identity of the person and signing a formal rent agreement.

  • Use secure payment channels approved by RBI (UPI, NEFT, IMPS).

  • For receiving money, the sender only needs your UPI ID or bank account + IFSC code.

  • If a QR code leads to a website asking for personal details, do not provide any information.
