Payment & Subscription Terms 

1. By paying the fee, the Company will provide access to qualified leads and other agreed deliverables for your listings.

2. Your listed units will appear on the Platform and be visible to users based on their applied filters. The Company does not control these filters, so some units may not appear as Preferential Slots.

3. The Company may request and display details for each unit, including:

   • Carpet and built-up area (sq. ft.)

   • Price per sq. ft.

   • Exact location and postal address

   • Any other necessary information for listing

4. The Company will strive to display your units in Preferential Slots but does not guarantee:

   • A minimum number of leads

   • Specific order or placement of units in listings

5. The Company uses software to track units hosted and their visibility; its data and search results are final and binding. You waive the right to dispute this data.

6. You confirm compliance with all applicable laws and hold necessary rights to upload your listings and content, ensuring no legal violations.

7. You agree to indemnify the Company and its personnel against any losses or damages resulting from breaches of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property rights related to content created by the Company remain with the Company.

9. The Company reserves the right to remove or cancel any content from its platform at its sole discretion.

Refund and Cancellation

• The package is valid for a continuous single duration with no breaks; therefore, cancellation or termination is not permitted once the package is activated.

• If the package is not activated within two days of payment—whether due to the customer’s request or delay—the order will be considered fully consumed, and no refund will be provided.

• Once the package is live on the Company’s website, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

• Any refunds, if applicable, will be granted solely at the Company’s discretion. The Company’s decision is final and binding.
