This includes, but is not limited to: your name, company name (if applicable), phone number, email address, and details of the property you wish to list on our platform.

If you opt for a paid REP account (subscriber), you’ll be asked to provide additional information such as property campaign details and full billing information, including your credit card details and billing address. This allows us to process payments based on the services you select. A representative from Housing.com may contact you to verify your account details, and such calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Information from Third Parties

We may also receive supplementary information about you from third-party sources to help us enhance your experience. For example, our partners may provide insights such as estimated income levels or the likelihood of purchasing a property. This enriched data is only shared with REPs (subscribers) you choose to engage with through our platform.

Location Data: 

If you share location details—such as your city, ZIP code, or street address—during registration or through your account settings, we store that information and link it to your account. This location data helps us deliver relevant, location-specific features, personalize your experience, and improve our Services. We may also use third-party analytics tools to analyse this data, and we may show you tailored advertisements and recommendations based on your location.

Collecting this data helps us offer relevant content, support effective communication, and ensure our Services work smoothly for you.

Direct Contact with REPs: When you fill out a form to contact a Real Estate Professional (REP) or call them through our Services, we may share the personal information you provide, along with details about your use of our Services, with the REP you wish to reach. This could include information like your home search criteria or Log Data collected during your usage. If a REP wants to connect with you based on an anonymized profile of your activity on Housing.com, we will reach out to you first to facilitate that connection. Occasionally, we may share limited personal information with trusted third parties who help us improve the quality of leads for our subscriber REPs. By providing your information, you consent to sharing your details with these third parties.

Please note that any communication between buyers and sellers, or between users and the Company, including phone calls, may be monitored or recorded by us for quality assurance and training purposes.

Mortgage Services: When you request a mortgage quote through our Services, you agree that we may share your personal information with financial institutions to provide the requested products or services. These institutions are strictly prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.

User-Generated Content: When you post content such as questions, answers, or blogs on our Website or Mobile App, please be aware that any personal information you share may be visible to others and could be used to send you unsolicited messages. We do not take responsibility for the personal information you choose to share in these areas. Additionally, we are not liable for any comments or opinions posted by other users, so we encourage you to verify any information independently before relying on it.

Statements of Fact and Guarantees by REPs

By registering and/or listing any properties on our Website and/or Mobile App, each Real Estate Professional (REP) represents and warrants that:

(a) The REP has full legal authority and rights to list the properties on the Website and/or Mobile App, and such listing does not infringe upon any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights), nor does it violate any applicable laws or regulations;

(b) The REP is in full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, with respect to the services or products offered and the listings or advertisements published on the platform;

(c) All property-related information provided by the REP on the platform — including but not limited to location, specifications, and pricing — is accurate, current, and complete to the best of the REP’s knowledge;

(d) By listing properties on the Website and/or Mobile App, the REP grants infinityhousing.in the right to use, reproduce, publish, and share such property details in any manner, including but not limited to displaying them on other websites, platforms, or with third-party affiliates or partners of infinityhousing.in.

Disclaimer on Content Accuracy and Authenticity

  1. Users must independently verify all property details — including title, built-up area, ownership, and suitability — at their own cost before making any decisions.

  2. Housing.com is only an advertising platform. We do not verify or guarantee the authenticity of listings, as most content is uploaded directly by advertisers. If a complaint arises, we will take appropriate action.

  3. Users are advised to:

    1. Verify the seller’s/landlord’s credentials and ownership.

    2. Personally visit the property or project site.

    3. Be cautious of false documents and disputed or loan-encumbered properties.

    4. Conduct thorough due diligence before any transaction.

    5. Ensure the seller/developer complies with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), where applicable.

  • Information Accuracy: While REPs are encouraged to provide accurate and regularly updated information, Housing.com cannot guarantee that all details displayed are current or complete.

  • Images Disclaimer: Some images may be artist’s impressions. Actual properties may differ from these visual representations.

  • RERA Compliance: Users must independently verify all project details and RERA compliance through the official RERA website of the respective State. Housing.com does not verify or endorse any project’s adherence to RERA regulations. Always confirm details with the REP or via the relevant RERA authority before making a purchase decision.

Home Loan Services

By expressing interest in obtaining a home loan, you consent to infinityhousing.in sharing your personal information with financial institutions that offer home loan products and services. These institutions may contact you via phone, email, or SMS regarding your home loan inquiry. This consent overrides any registration you may have under Do Not Call (DNC) or National Do Not Call (NDNC) registries.

Sale or Merger

User information, including personal data, is considered a business asset of infinityhousing.in. In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, pledge of company assets, or during insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership proceedings, such information may be disclosed or transferred as part of the business assets involved in these transactions.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

Each User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates—including their officers, directors, consultants, agents, and employees (“Indemnified Parties”)—from any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees and interest) arising from or related to any breach, violation, or failure by the User to fulfill any representation, warranty, covenant, or obligation under these General Terms of Use.

Additionally, Users agree to protect the Indemnified Parties against any third-party claims resulting from the User’s use of the Website or Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others’ rights, including intellectual property rights.

 

Under no circumstances shall the Indemnified Parties be liable to Users or any third parties for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of use, data, or profits—even if such damages were foreseeable or the Company was advised of their possibility. This limitation applies to any claims arising from (i) the User’s use of or access to the Website, Services, or any content on the Website; or (ii) services provided by any Registered Service Provider.

 

These limitations and exclusions shall apply to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms of Use at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice. Resolution of Disputes

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the Website, including its interpretation or alleged breach of these Terms, such dispute shall be resolved by a sole arbitrator appointed by infinityhousing.in. The arbitrator will act as an impartial and independent adjudicator. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding on all parties. Arbitration proceedings will be held in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Terms of Use for Housing Pay Rent

Our Role

infinityhousing.in offers registered users (“Users”) the ability to make rental payments through its Website and Mobile App (“Platform”). These payments are processed via a third-party payment gateway. By using this service, Users confirm the existence of a valid lessor-lessee relationship with the payment recipient (“Beneficiary”) and that the amount paid reflects the agreed rent as per their rental agreement. infinityhousing.in acts solely as a facilitator for these rental payments and does not participate in the actual rental transaction between Users and Beneficiaries. Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to these payments and for any consequences arising from non-compliance. infinityhousing.in is not a financial institution and does not provide banking or financial services. We may engage third-party providers to assist in processing transactions. We do not act as agents or representatives of either the lessor or lessee or any other party involved in these payments.

KYC (Know Your Customer)

You are responsible for proving the authenticity of each transaction. infinityhousing.in may request necessary documents or information from both the User and the Beneficiary to verify their lessor-lessee relationship, such as a Rental Agreement, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or other relevant documents. If the transaction amount exceeds INR 50,000, the User must provide PAN card details or any other documentation required by applicable laws.

By undergoing Aadhaar-based verification, you authorize Housing.com to retrieve your Aadhaar XML data directly from the UIDAI website to complete the KYC process.

Authorization

By initiating a transaction on the Platform, you authorize us to receive, hold, and disburse funds according to your payment instructions to the Beneficiary’s designated bank account. This authorization allows us to debit the specified amount from your Bank Account, Credit Card, UPI Account, Debit Card, Payment Wallet, or any other payment method available on our platform at the time of the transaction.

When you direct us to make a payment to the Beneficiary, you authorize us to transfer the payment amount, minus any applicable fees, service charges, or other deductions as outlined in this Agreement. If the transaction cannot be completed due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you, we will refund the amount after deducting applicable service charges, transaction fees, and any penalties.

Transaction Terms

You are solely responsible for providing accurate bank account details of the Beneficiary when making a transaction. infinityhousing.in will not be liable for any incorrect credits caused by wrong account information. You are also responsible for any fraudulent transactions on your bank or card accounts resulting from your negligence or sharing your payment details with others. infinityhousing.in will not be held responsible for such fraud, and no refunds will be issued once funds are successfully transferred to the Beneficiary’s account.

We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or reject any payment transactions if we suspect financial or security risks, unauthorized or fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, disputes, or any other unusual circumstances.

Liability

You agree that infinityhousing.in shall not be held responsible or liable for any claims, losses, or disputes arising between you, the recipient, or any financial institution. You further agree to hold infinityhousing.in harmless for any transactions initiated with incorrect or incomplete details that result in funds being credited to the wrong account. You also agree to fully indemnify and defend infinityhousing.in, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or actions brought by any third party or regulatory authority in connection with your use of the service.

Suspicious or Fraudulent Transactions

Users must promptly inform us of any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to their transactions. It is solely the User’s responsibility to protect their financial information and not disclose it to anyone. Upon receiving a report of suspicious activity, we will take appropriate action to investigate and, where possible, prevent further transactions. However, infinityhousing.in will not be liable for any refunds or compensation if the funds have already been credited to the Beneficiary’s bank account as provided by the User.

Refunds & Chargebacks

If a rental payment cannot be completed due to technical issues, infinityhousing.in will refund the amount to the original payment source. However, no refunds will be issued once the funds are successfully credited to the Beneficiary’s account.

Transactions may be reversed (“Chargebacks”) if disputed, unauthorized, or found to violate any terms. In such cases, the Beneficiary must repay the amount along with any applicable fees. The User and/or Beneficiary must assist in any investigation, including providing required documents within 3 business days. Failure to do so may result in an irreversible Chargeback. Housing.com is not liable for any such reversals.

Terms and Conditions applicable on user generated Content

User-Generated Content Disclaimer

By accessing content on infinityhousing.in, the User acknowledges the following:

  • The content is submitted by third parties such as property owners, agents, and brokers—not by infinityhousing.in.

  • infinityhousing.in serves only as a platform for listing and has no control over the accuracy or legality of the content. The responsibility for all content lies solely with the posting users.

  • Users rely on this content at their own risk. Housing.com does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or reliability and does not endorse any user-submitted material.

  • Some content may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.

  • If any content appears unlawful or inappropriate, Users can report it to support@infinityhousing.in. We will review and take necessary action within 48 hours.

Terms for Content Submission

By posting content on infinityhousing.in, the User agrees to the following:

  • The submitted content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

  • The content does not contain or promote objectionable material such as nudity, violence, hate speech, harassment, child abuse, self-harm, terrorism, false or misleading information, or use of intoxicants.

  • The User accepts full legal responsibility for the content provided. Housing.com has no control over such content and bears no liability for it.

  • infinityhousing.in is not obligated to host or publish any content. If it believes the content violates any laws, infringes rights, or may cause harm to the platform, users, or third parties, it may remove or block the content at its sole discretion, without objection from the User.

  • By submitting content, the User grants Housing.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and perform the content.

  • All listings, leads, and related data are considered the property of infinityhousing.in and may be used by the company or its partners, affiliates, or associates.

  • The User also agrees to receive promotional messages, SMS, or calls from infinityhousing.in or its partners, including for third-party products and services.
