FOUNDATION : RCC foundation as per structural drawing.
STRUCTURE : R.C.C. Framed structure.
SUPER STRUCTURE : Construction will be of 1st class brickwork. 9″ thick brick work in main wall and all internal brick work will be 4.5″ thick.
PLASTERING : 1:6 Cement mortar plastering inside & outside both. The ceiling plaster will be in 1:4.
WALL FINISH : a) Internal Wall Finish: Approved quality of putty (JK Birla) internal wall and ceiling followed with one coat of cement primer.
b) External Wall Finish: 1:6 cement mortar plaster and finished with 2 coat water proof exterior paint/Texture.
FLOORING : All Rooms will have 2X4 ft Vitrified tiles, and Drawing Dining hall will have 2.5X5 feet Vitrified Tile and stair steps will be finished with anti-skid tiles / Riser Granite Tiles.
BATHROOM/TOILETS : a) Floor: Mat finished tiles. (2’x2′).
b) Walls: Printed glazed tiles up to ceiling height.
c) Sanitary: Vitreous white ceramic sanitary ware of Grohe/Hindware etc.
d) Fittings: Toilet one European WC with cistern, one wash basin (white), one shower
e) Hot & Cold waterline: Hot and cold waterline will be provided in all toilet (No Geyser).
f) One wash basin shall be provided in dining space at suitable place.
g) All CP fittings will be of Grohe/Hind ware or ISI Standard make.
KITCHEN : Cooking platform-granite & printed glazed tiles ISO standard in walls upto 3′ height above cooking platform area. One stainless steel sink will provided with one CP big Cock and hot and cold waterline and electrical point will be provided for water purifier (No water purifier). Arrangement for fitting chim- ney will be provided (No chimney).
DOORS : 32 mm thick water proof flush door finished with one coat of wood primer and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint and main door finished with lamination.
DOOR FRAME : Wooden Door Frame.
WINDOWS : High quality UPVC/ DOMAL SECTION frame with toughened glass.
ELECTRICAL : All rooms with concealed wiring and copper conductor of Havells or equivalent make FRLS Wire. All bedrooms consists of two light point, one fan point, one 5ams plug point, one AC point in drawing and dining place, two fan points, four light points, two nos. of 5amp. Plug point, one refrigerator point, one TV point will be provided at suitable place. In Kitchen 3 nos. of 15amp & 2 nos. of 5 amps & 2 light point will be provided. In balcony(Open Terrace, one fan point & one light point will be provided, In toilet, one exhaust fan, one light and one geyser point will be provided. Note The consumer (Buyer) have to pay the cost of meter.
BALCONY RAILING : HEAVY GUAGE DOMAL SECTION WITH TOUGHTNED GLASS.
